I am so moved by you, so inspired and blessed! Thank you for being who you are and doing what you do, to wake up every day and no matter what the challenge to face it like the true Warrioress that you are. You were made for this time. You got this!
The Starflower Teachings are an alchemical rainbow cauldron of sacred feminine magic. The teachings and visions that fill this cauldron are shimmering with aliveness and the elixir changes in an exquisite kaleidoscope of color as each woman shares their wisdom. The central core is built of vessel (sometimes called faith) and esteem. It is nurtured through sacred relationship to kindred souls and our precious mother earth. These things do not change, however the work calls forth the kind of modalities and understanding/ deep knowing that are most resonant with this time.
I was inspired and refined via my life, an extraordinary course in Magical Training, and much deepened by my involvement with Native American ceremony and a 25-year association with a Cherokee elder known as William Hermit Johnson. This work is also influenced by my pathway as a Sacred Bard and ongoing travels through the Celtic Lands, or what I like to call the Blessed Isles. Through all this the mystical rose was blooming. We as women are the spirit of this flower, forever deepening in the exquisite scent of the One True Essence.
The 6-Pointed Star
Following is my ‘Story’ in brief – how Starflower came to be in my life at its incipience.
This Star originally appeared to me in the wee hours of the morning as I lay beside my newborn son. All was quiet and outside in the night sky the heavens flowed radiant light brightly above as a gentle wind blew and the owls hooted softly in the trees outside our window. The image of the 6-pointed Star came in dreams and sometimes just when I closed my eyes, it was there – streaming with colors and exuding love – a ‘peace beyond all understanding.’ Sometimes I heard a word chanted softly; the word was “Starflower” and I knew it was the name of my new friend, the Star Being. Today, my son is an extraordinary young man forging his path in life and I am finally ‘getting it right,’ fully understanding and receiving the blessing of what I was given as I opened my Heart to Receive. At that time in my life, I was working with William ‘Hermit’ Johnson. His magical acuity was all around me, deepening my ability to let go and to trust what I was being shown. Today, I am trusting my own Knowing and am feeling confident enough to re define the gifts that Starflower has brought to the hearts of the People via the sacred feminine power to receive.

The Energetic Principles of Starflower
1) PRAYER; The living waters that flow between our hearts and the heart of Creation
2) THE SHINING WILL: Forged in the flame of our own life’s journey as we learn to value self and other with integrity. The sword of our shining will is aligned with a higher love and enables us to co-create from a deep place of listening. The Inner Vessel is built and so we are resonant with pure clean and beautiful intent, knowing safety and protection. Our ability to know and to listen deeply (receptive will). We are after all magical beings on a mission of love on this beautiful blue green orb known to us as Earth.
3) TOTAL EMBODIMENT: As women of the rainbow shield, we nurture ourselves and each other; we choose to live present and in the totality of presence. With sacred herbs and nourishing foods, good thoughts and balanced living, our outpouring to those we love is of this vibration of care and kindness, giving from a full overflowing cup. Our sexuality then is an outpouring of love and gracious receiving. We chose to live in this Sacred moment of time.
4) CLEARING CELLULAR TRAUMA: Transmuting embodied unconscious shame and self judgement back into aliveness via ceremony, sound and holy breath.
5) CREATIVE EXPRESSION; We heal together through opening the channels of voice, story, color, movement and art, remembering joyousness via the waking dream. As our imaginal capacity is activated, we become all that we are.
6) GENERATIVITY: Accessing the gifts of the transmission of Creation that is invested within us. Via this Transmission we collaboratively create with Holy Spirit, bringing love into form, and receiving via the gift of reciprocity. All intent is grounded via gratitude. We know that in every moment, Creation has our back.
AT THE CENTER OF THE STAR is the gift of miracle. This is given via love and compassion for those who are embodied in this time of great change. Never give up hope for miracle is beyond what the mind can know and is resonant via heart – creation essence intelligence. In this we live, in this we believe, in this we remember. IN THIS WE BECOME.
